The LNG gasification station equipment is integrated with LNG storage, low-temperature LNG gasification, pressure regulating and metering system, instrument air system and station control system provided by Tianjin Huaxu Gas Equipment Factory. The main equipment includes low-temperature storage tank, pressure regulating and metering crowbar, heater, supercharger, and supporting valves, instruments, control cabinet, etc.
The equipment configuration of the whole station can meet the functions of LNG unloading, storage, gasification, pressure regulation, measurement and other functions, and meet the needs of emergency release, fire and explosion prevention, leakage alarm, emergency treatment, system monitoring and other requirements, and can reduce the EMISSION of BOG (flash steam) during operation.
